For those of you wondering the temperature to use, the recipe on the website says preheat using 120c/250f. Not sure why the video skipped that part but hopefully this will save others some time from having to search for it.

All the best for 2021! I made these last week for New Years’s Eve. When I tastes the marinade I was afraid they would be too spicy for our friends, but after they came out of the oven, the spicyness was perfect! A big succes! Thank you so much for this recipe!

When pulling the membrane off the back of the ribs, I wrap a paper towel around the membrane. It comes off so much easier. Will try these Very Soon. Thanks for sharing.

I just recently stumbled on to your channel and I couldn’t stop watching your cooking videos. I love how you simplify your recipes, for the home cooks, yet with full of flavor. The next day I had to try your Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Bowl. Wow! So simple yet so flavorful. Delicious 😋 (BTW, my husband loved it, too) Next, I’m going to make these ribs and then try your Chinese egg tarts! Can’t wait! Thank you, thank you for all the great recipes. ❤️

Just wanted to say I tried this tonight! It is amazing. The gochujang was suprisingly mild after it cooked!

Marion! Goodness, I remember watching you in Masterchef Australia a few years ago. I had no idea you had your own YouTube channel! Safe to say I'm thoroughly enjoying your videos and taking inspiration to build my own cooking channel. Thank you 😇
  • Marion you always get me so hungry!! I loooooove Gochujang so this recipe is a dream. Thanks again.

Hi Marion, thanks for the inspiration! I've added a touch of miso paste to the sauce and am marinading the ribs now. Am sure they'd taste awesome tonight!
  • You manage to eat it so delicately, even though it's messy ribs. But looks so delicious. 😋
  • I've just cooked it for my mom and she loved it. I usually don't like pork, especially ribs but the ones made by your recipe are perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
