Do you still wonder why people think there are two justice systems in this country?
  • @hhhomestead9935
Everyone involved in this case, that didn't uphold their Oaths, should ALL be held accountable.
  • Sadly, there are a lot of prosecutors like Jackie Johnson! I hope she gets what she deserves, jail time!
  • @mrscpjones16
Justice is needed now. Strip her of her law license and give her jail time. Many years.
  • Sounds like this guy is speaking as if he were the prosecutor Johnson's defense attorney because he doesn't want her to receive any jail time for her blatant bias, unethical and obstructive actions by telling law enforcement officers not to arrest the guilty parties because she knows them. She transferred the case because she knew it was clear to anyone with a brain there was a direct conflict of interest with the defendants. I can see why lawyers are hated so much.

"No criminal history" he says, had anyone expected this lady to do shoplifting or sell drugs? Tell me which crime is more heinous and ugly, a 15 years old selling drugs or a full grown woman who was sworn in to protect all people doing all kinds of injustices with her pen?
  • @fatgyrl3236
This lady should lose her license and be bared from ever practicing law in any state in my opinion
  • @barbiedoll5766
I wonder what else has she covered up? How many people has she treated unjustly? This is scary.
  • @butterflyd1269
She is guilty of both charges!!! She should lose everything because that young man lost his life due to racist individuals!!! That was a complete set up all the way around.
  • I mean when somebody tries to help someone get away with murder they should face jail time. šŸ˜’
  • @jinx6644
No criminal history... šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ You mean she hasn't previously been caught. How many other cases has Jackie Johnson obstructed ? šŸ¤”
  • It's called conspiracy to overt a murder case unethical behavior is punishable as a lawyer, DA etc.. It's this attitude that continues to go unchecked or turning a blind eye. GOD BLESS THE VICTIM AND FAMILY !
  • Johnson broke the law regarding a murder, she needs to be made accountable. As a lawyer she knew what she was doing. It was not a wrong decision it was a crime because she was the person who decided she had the power to be judge and jury for a well documented vicious murder. Excuses canā€™t be used when breaking the laws of our land, that is in the United States Constitution!

ā€œIā€™m surprised there are charges files against herā€¦ā€ TWO MONTHS before any charges were filed against the murderers. Thatā€™s not justice or law. She broke the law. She must be indicted and hopefully jailed to learn a lesson that peopleā€™s lives are not less valuable than hers.

So this guy thinks it's a stretch to charge Jackie Johnson who went out of her way (not part of her job description) and told the Police officers on the scene to not arrest the 3 hillbillies?.... How is this guy even an attorney?... Does he not realize they were not arrested for 73 days which allowed them to get their story straight in case they were ever brought to trial.... This was a very big deal Jackie Johnson should be charged that by itself is a big time crime... Lock her up!.....
  • Need to indict the second d.a. that called the case justified he did basically the same things
  • @earlwoody7084
It's time charges are filed against many oath takers.
  • @rmartin4386
She should be charged to the fullest. What is this defense attorney talking about? This is obstruction of justice and violation of civil rights.
  • @godisblack8949
She needs to be indicted for conspiracy to commit murder and sentenced to life without parole.
