  • @keenanrayne9170
He’s hated cause he preaches about being humble but acts the complete opposite

"I make albums so people can play it" I've never sat down and listen to a fucking Khaled album lmao

The difference between DJ Khaled and Tyler The Creator is that Khaled makes music that gets shoveled in your face whether you want to hear it or not; Tyler makes music that you WANT to seek out for yourself, be it out of curiosity or actual enjoyment. I wouldn't be surprised if Khaled got his airplay from radio payola.

I never understand those stories “my family came over with $20 to there name. So we sold clothes to make money” so the clothes just magically appeared and you sold it

Khaled's SNL performance is regarded is one of the worst ones. He stands awkwardly on stage and screams at you while talented artists around him do all the work.
  • @skarmory93
Because hes talentless, rude, arrogant and ignorant lmao
  • When I started working in the hip hop industry (just as a driver) I was shocked how many decisions are made by managers and not due to artistic desires

No way he saw Birdman meet Wayne for the first time he’s cappin, Wayne says himself Birdman knew him since he was in his adolescence
  • @MidnightDubstep
The thing that really does piss me off is the fact he has a massive ego especially when he went to EDC how disrespectful he was to his fan thinking he was all that

Man some of us artist work so hard on production, compositions and recording and yet don't get any recognition, all our life. He should be thankful for sure.
  • @ace89min
Even before Tyler, a lot of people started looking at him sideways when he publicly stated that he didn't eat his wife.
  • He went from a Miami DJ to working with the top rappers of the time with no explanation. No other DJ has ever done that. He doesn’t actually produce so how did he get connected to all those rappers? No way is his career organic, no way.

I remember when I was promoting clubs and like the the early 2000s. Maybe late '90s and we're doing some random club on the North shore of Boston and Khalid had a little fame. I remember people knew him at the time even though I had no idea who it was and I remember after the club he was outside in his car and the parking lot and me and my friends that were promoting we ended up sitting outside the club talking to him for like 2 hours until like 3:00 in the morning. He was a real cool guy. I think the public persona you see is much different than the private person cuz he seemed cool at the time

The only reason Khaled even has a career today is due to the artists he gets to feature on his stuff.
  • @AbyssalSapphic
For me, him bailing from Hot Ones was another huge show of his inability to take heat or have humility.
  • How is he to say Tyler's music is not art or music that is played?? 😂😂😂😂

He was given a slot at EDC 2018 an EDM event and I remember everyone genuinely gathered at the stage to cheer him on. He showed up about 15min late to his set, repeatedly cut the music short just as everyone started to dance, and went over his set time 10 minutes to the point fans were jeering and chanting the next artist to come on stage. The best moment was when he would hold the mic out and say "DJ 🎤 " and the crowd would respond "Yellow Claw!!"
