Prime Nadal vs prime Djokovic. Greatest rivalry ever.
  • When Novak retires he's going to cement his legacy as greatest athlete of all times. It's beyond me how he is able to cope all this years with hostile crowds and biased media.
  • At his peak in 2011. And even today in 2023 at his peak. That's Mr consistent Novak Djokovic!

1st Wimbledon and 3rd GS... What Nole has done in the last decade is nothing short of remarkable 👏🏻

This was the time when people would actually love djokovic winning few titles but these wins soon became a headache for everyone as he started to beat fed and nadal on a consistent basis and everyone could see the rise of djokovic but they didn't liked him beating their fav and there it started the hatred for djokovic, people can talk about beautiful tennis and various other stuff but Novak is a machine just keeps diggin in and determined and best thing about Novak is he elevates his level in the match after observing his opponent in 1st set and doesn't even have to be at his best to beat his opposition

that was back in 2011, now we have 2023 and he is STILL top notch and he is STILL winning grand slams, this guy is truly a living legend of tennis - the G.O.A.T. 💪
  • the goat Nole at his best in 2011, a monster year. fast forward to 2023 and Nole hasn't lost a step...still performing at peak level, a true legend, the best!!!
  • his physical prowess not fitness peak might be over, but his tactical and mental game is stronger now than ever, GOAT
  • How 12 years passed in a swift way. 12 years ago today, clinching the first Wimbledon championship of his career. 2011 was one of the rising seasons of Novak Djokovic. He had reached the zenith of his profession during these periods. It was utterly a massive achievement on the behalf of Novak Djokovic. Currently, he is in another level, undoubtedly retaining the apogee of his career.

The year that Novak destroyed peak Rafa. And for all those who wanna say Rafa didn’t play well in 2011, nonsense! Rafa played his best tennis which is why he made so many finals, but he lost to the goat. Rafa played no worse in 2011 than he did in 2010 (if not better) hence why he made just as many finals again, but the difference this time though was that Novak transformed into a different beast. Novak literally went 10-1 against Fedal that year which was absolutely insane! Roger had to play at his 06 level in that RG semi final to finally beat Novak and end Novak’s unbelievable 43 match winning streak! Roger is the goat of grass unless Novak wins Wimby again, and Rafa is the goat of clay, but Novak is the overall goat of tennis who now owns almost every record and stat in tennis, and in 2011 we saw why it was all going to be inevitable from then onwards.

Djokovic in 2011 was from another planet, nice to see Serbian president cheering for him
  • 2011 is the year that the great Djokovic transformed into the omnipotent player and competitor that he still is, today.

This defeat hit Nadal very hard. It took him many years to mentally recover from it. Following that 2011 defeat he lost in the first and early rounds to unknown players like Kirgos or Miller. Then only in 2018 he made it to the semis and was eventually stopped by nobody else but Novak.

Djokovic looks like he hasn't aged a day since then😅 2011 and now 2023 and he still looks the same.
