Allegedly (The video speaks for itself): Houston County Sheriff Deputy Mark Daniel Heberlig (promoted to Corporal), MARK HEBERLIG of Warner robins, Georgia pulled driver over as he claim taillights were out. It escalated to obstruction charge due to the officer pulling driver over for working taillights & the officer escalated things after he already had the license which was needed for the stop. Allegedly, The officer lied in police report & retaliated adding bogus charges of tinted tag cover & more which is obvious in the video just to retaliate from previously being reported for harassing the citizen. The officer was not in any danger & at no moment did he ever say he felt unsafe. The driver was about to exit the vehicle as can be seen in the video until the officer keeps demanding the driver leave their phone & not record the officer which is a violation of first amendment & that made driver nervous as driver already had disabled child with him whom as a result of all of this went home & broke his growth plate in his foot after he experienced what happened to his dad being taken out of car & not coming home with him. His child has delayed brain myelination & autism nonverbal & the officer was alerted of this & he didn't inform backup officers of this & yet they showed up aggressive & kept trying to talk to the child saying don't move as if he could understand them but what if the child had moved & this is why this father was simply trying to keep his eyes on his son. He been thru major racism issues in the past & this is another impact to his life as he already has bad depression & anxiety & PTSD & now this happens to him over a simple stop. Notice they yell out stop resisting while he is standing still. Please share & bring awareness to these situations. This same exact officer followed this same father to his home on midnight of January 31 of 2019. He followed the man & his family home after his fiance car broke down leaving work the father showed up with his step son to help get his fiance home with them & as they are heading back the fiance pointed out the cop SUV & said that's the cops that pushed her out of the road & checked her for warrants & left her in the dark & the police then pulled out & followed them home but kept a few car lengths distance from them for approximately three miles into the dark street & their driveway & pulled him over at his home for swerving but no citations were issued and was checked for warrants & lied saying the father was swerving but why would you follow him for miles instead of stopping him immediately then officer Mark D. Heberlig left and was reported the next business day to his Captain Ronnie Harlowe who reviewed the footage & assured he would handle it but guess he didn't handle it. Driver received no tickets January 31 2019 in his driveway & reported him to former Captain Ronnie Harlowe & apparently after reviewing that footage the captain said he would handle him but 4 years later 04/22/2022 (this video) the same liar & harasser pulls him over again but this time arrest him & retaliate after he reminds him of the fact he had to report him in the past. This officer has violated many of his rights & he has now done this before. He has also mistreated/harassed others as well allegedly & they cover it up corruptly. The attorney Kindall Elizabeth Browning was reported to the bar for her alleged unethical issues & lies. The family also plans to report actions of the court as well for being unreasonable & allowing the court to operate in a way to allegedly violate rights to fair representation especially saying a person has 10 minutes to get another attorney to a courthouse is very unreasonable in which they all knew that & laughed at him, etc. Full corruption. The anger & pain this caused the family is unreal. He battle inner issues & more PTSD because of this. This same county had him at a roadblock in 2012 & they had a k9 scratched up his car & they made the dog gave a false alert & scratched up the pearl white paint. They snatched him out the car & stripped him down to his boxers/ shorts in the middle of the road in front of 1 of his doctors office one night. They ended up saying "oh we didnt find any drugs so our dog probably picked up a residue from it". People were riding by so angry at them. People who know him often wander how he endures it all & he tells them "God". He's a family man that stays to himself. Now court reporters & staff are allegedly holding/hiding transcripts. All of this affects his chronic mental/physical health issues even more. Let them hurt themselves with their lies & let these videos EXPOSE. @ClubShayShay @AllDayCelebrities

Shameful!!! No regards for child in the car. I’m sure this was very traumatic for this man and his autistic child. Revoke “Qualified Immunity” I wonder how many citizens realize that we pay for law suits against tyrants like this. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

I've said it many times. NEVER get an attorney close to the district where you're being charged. Too many times the attornies are in cahoots with the police, the prosecutor, or judges. It might cost you more for an attorney because of distance but that is still better than paying for a local attorney, that either poorly represents you or has a relationship with the powers that be.

You were a black man in a nice car, driving at night. They made assumptions based on those things only. It’s disgusting behavior. No one deserves that. I’m glad you are talking about the court system and the fact that the corruption goes all the way to the top. I sat in jail for 6 months for a crime they knew I didn’t commit. I had to represent myself and they dropped charges the night before court.
