But the general rule of thumb is that your skates are comfortable & safe. Go for brands sold in skate shops for the safest options. ππΌ

My advice. Yes try to not fall. But in case: Wear padded snowboard shorts, and wrist-guards.

I have never roller skated before. Because of you and your lessons, I am going to try roller skating. I love dancing. I started dancing when I was 12. I am classically trained in tap, jazz, ballet, and ballroom. I teach Latin dance. I started dancing professionally when I was 17. I can feel your joy and love for skating. That is one of the reasons I enjoy your videos.

A dance instructor, "Falling is what happens before you land. Walking (skating) is momentum due to falling & landing feet. Fall with maximum grace.
