Jesus has been the most important thing that has happened to me. Without him; I don't know where I would be. So I want to encourage you in your journey. Wherever life takes you, through the highs and the lows; Jesus will always be the one thing that remains constant. You can rely on him, thank goodness!
So never give up on yourself. He didn't, and God has an incredible plan for your life!

Thank you for sharing Laurel. ❤️ I’ve heard before that the enemy isn’t very creative, but I didn’t recognize until just now how repetitive his ways are to try to bring us down and/or destroy us. I realized that he uses my past that you spoke of to shame me and hurt me. The guilt I feel hearing it, triggers me horribly…So as you spoke I just saw that have to turn to God for my comfort as I still struggle with the guilt. Anxiety and depression perhaps is one of the weapons the enemy has chosen to use as he sees it works to make me second guess myself. I hold tight to the amazing feeling of the chains being broken against alcohol, I need it to remember to stay strong! God is my coping mechanism 🙏🏻 and I still have to fight my own will to control… so I loosen my grip, let go and give it to God! God pulled us out of the abuse and desperation because He has bigger plans for us than we could ever comprehend. As He does for each one of His children. This journey we call life has many ups and downs to fight through and we are better able with Gods strength. 🙏🏻❤️ Thank you for the great reminder I needed the refresher!! 🙏🏻🥰
