Lmaoooo “he’s gotta melt the ring”
  • Whitney is wearing a "wife beater" dancing with the whole family smiling while the ceiling fan blew while she and Kung-fu Kenny danced to the bar "He a FAN" is tooooooooo perfect!

I feel like Tommy the Clown is so prominent in the Not Like Us rollout because Kendrick is showing that when they approach and socialize with kids it's to promote positive black culture through an artform like dance and to pull kids away from gang culture. When Drake approaches kids, it's to partake in their TikTok dances, promote gang culture while pretending to be in it to be cool, and to get their numbers.

As an older Auntie who loves hip hop, I was WAITING for y’all’s reaction because you are 2 of the VERY few young men who aren’t just fans of rap, but students of hip hop. Y’all catch so many subtleties and it makes me proud. I literally sit at home and clap saying “Yes! They caught the reference!” I’m cheering for y’all’s continued success.
  • @Empiandar
Kendrick's demeanour in this music video is like "Bro, this too easy". The cold stares while rapping, graceful smiles, relaxed dance moves, hands in the pocket and waving and smiling at the "Are we locked in?" line is villainous 😂!
  • @bouncyshak
The way he's sitting back and letting Whitney get her steps in since dirt was thrown on her name too. Love it.
  • @jayniambi
No one is talking about the how the classroom scene focuses on the four components of hip hop: rap, the dj, dance and graffiti. It’s as if he’s saying he’s a real student of hip hop culture.
  • @brigee7170
It’s him & Free dapping each other up, laughing when he says “the devil is a lie”😂😂😂😂😂
  • @yawdaorb
Kendrick went and found the most hunched back, defeated in the face owl he could find😂 Foken diabolical!
  • @dparra119911
From the owl’s perspective, he thinks he’s free, but in reality he is caged and he doesn’t know it. Slavery of the mind. So much meaning in just that short clip.
  • "Do y'all wanna do it again?" Me knowing how calculated and evil Kendrick is I feel that's him telling Drake if you wanna go again let's do it I'm loaded 😅😂
  • @msscott1800
The female dancers having red and blue bandanna belts to represent unification of the gangs 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾
  • @JLaurenBlack
I still can’t get over the smile and wave Kendrick does towards the end 🤣🤣🤣
  • @deadstroke82
Remember who brought who's family into the convo. Don't feel sorry, you make your bed, sleep in it
  • @loulalala_user
everytime i think kendrick's reached peak disrespect, he manages to out-do himself and catch us all off guard still. he's truly mastered it as an art form
  • @thejunky17
The cool part about the ending is that from the owl's perspective it's not in the cage but when it switches to Kendrick's perspective it is. Meaning, Drake is locked up and not even aware of it.
  • @jamieshenton205
The owl being 2 colours to represent drakes identity crisis...kendrick doing 17 push ups so he's not 'over 18' - PETTINESS IS CRAZY AND IM HERE FOR IT
  • Also Dave Free was wearin a wife beater 😂. They hella trollin Drakeeeeee this was a massacre
  • @Juana4ev
The White Building is Compton Courthouse/City Hall. Whole city outside of it chanting for Drake to “Step This Way” 🚔👩🏽‍⚖️👨🏽‍⚖️
