Kudos to Mr. Siddiq. I work in a maximum security prison. These ppl need this type of interaction and positivity.
  • Dear Mr. Siddiq, I am not a convict, not a corrections officer, etc, but, I am so impressed with your ability to reach out and...... stay funny. God bless you and yours.
  • I was incarcerated for 5 years been out for three and I just want to say thank you for making us feel like real people for once instead of property.
  • I’m now living a great life, career, marriage homeowner and truly free. Thanks for your special. Been out 15 years.

This is what rehabilitating comedy with a deeper purpose looks like. Good job Saddiq

This is such a phenomenal special. So damn funny but his empathy and humanity is crystal clear. It's been 22 years but I still remember mine: 58506

He's proof and one of the few to beat a system made to fail. Such an amazing human being/comic. I love watching this cat grow as the years pass by. From This Is Not Happening to podcasts Ali has been kicking ass and making cats laugh. Love it!

No doubt this is one of his many great performances... I've watched all I can find by him multiple times. What I want to know is when are one of these channels/venues gonna cough up the dough to give this man the opportunity to make a new special BECAUSE HE DESERVES IT, HE'S WORTH IT, & HE'S EARNED IT!!
  • This was awesome and not just the comedy , the entire concept is brilliant and kudos to Ali for making it happen

As a Veteran I can't stand for someone to stand that close to me either! Amazing work, I'm awed by this Man's honesty and integrity.
  • I just watched Domino Effects 1 & 2. And even though this speacial came out before the second one, this serves as a good, full circle ending to the trilogy. It's eye opening to see him talk about his upbringing and the choices he made leading up to prison. And now watching this where he performs for prisoners twenty years after being released, it feels humbling! This dude is a legend!
  • Dude is so good he doesn't need a crowd of inmates to have a captive audience.

Ali is defying the odds and encouraging others to stay on journey of mental and physical freedom #Blessed

I love this guy. I left an abusive marriage & in the process lost my home, my children & my sanity. This dude is so funny, I was laughing & crying @ the same time. I watched him over & over & discovered that laughter & sadness can't exist in the same place @ the same time. Thank you Ali Saddiq.
  • As someone who’s only known “Free Society” I absolutely hate it when people stand DIRECTLY BEHIND you in line. It takes everything in me to maintain control.
  • Ali, I'm 38 and facing 10 to life at 70% . For a alleged delivery over a year ago. I'm trying to wrap my head around doing 7 years now at this point in my life and it breaks my heart. You inspire in me through the fear that i can make something positive, good, strong and beYOUtiful come about as a result the way that you have

Ali, you may never read this comment, and that's ok, but I still have to let you know that you are a totally awesome being to me... I have spent the last 36 hours watching your content and I am enthralled at how you truly turned "lemons into lemonade". Your journey is inspiring, to say the least, and magnificently educational, to say the most. I am sorry about the loss of your baby (your baby sister, Ashley); I cried so hard on that part; but you did not miss a beat in continuing to make us laugh through the pain.... Amazing!!!! I love your message here about being mentally free..... most people don't even realize that they are in a mental prison even here out in the "free" world. Mental enslavement is real and the sooner people recognize that the less power that will be had over our lives. Thank you for being a spokesperson for this movement. I will not be generic and wish you much success because you've got that covered. So, instead, I am sending lots of energy of love, light, joy and, peace towards you. Love what you do and what you bring. Monni
