Loni had a part in it. I just feel like when Vince went to them about a pay raise, that gave them motive to fire her after Loni had already threw her under the bus. It was fuel to a fire. Loni being jealous, and Vince being greedy. Tamar in the middle lost a job and a check! I ain't watched it since!
