CINDERELLA'S CASTLE is a grim and hilarious retelling of the classic fairy tale, filled with music, magic and puppetry. It features a book by Nick & Matt Lang, with music & lyrics by Jeff Blim. If funded, the show will run live in the summer of 2024, then hit YouTube in late 2024/early 2025.
The show is being directed by Nick Lang, produced by Matt Lang, Paul Gabriel & Becky Clark, with musical direction by Matt Dahan. The cast includes Bryce Charles, Mariah Rose Faith Casillas, Angela Giarratana, Lauren Lopez, Jon Matteson, Curt Mega, Joey Richter, James Tolbert, Kim Whalen, and Jeff Blim. More information about specific casting and the creative team will be released as the Kickstarter campaign progresses.

Into the Woods is one of my favorite musicals of all time, and I’m so excited to see Starkid’s take on a darker version of Cinderella’s story with magic, monsters, and music. The puppets look amazing and alive, and I can already tell the soundtrack is going to be STUNNING.
