High protein Chilli Paneer Tacos! Very less oil! Air fry! Super delicious!

📝Ingredients:

Airfry paneer~
200g • Paneer
1-2 tbsp • Cornstarch
1/2 tbsp • Butter/oil

Sauce~
1 tbsp • Cornstarch
1/2 cup • water
1 tbsp • Dark Soy sauce
1-2 tbsp • Ketchup
1 tbsp • Chilli Vinegar
1tbsp • Schezwan sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp • Red chili powder

Pickled onions~
1 cup • Sliced Onion
3 tbsp • Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp • Red chili powder

Garlic mayo~
2-3 tbsp • Plain mayo
1 tbsp • Garlic powder/ grated garlic
1 tsp• parsley

Steps~
* Crinkle cut the paneer atleast 1cm size.
* In a bowl, add the paneer, cornstarch & oil and gently mix everything . Preheat and airfry for 8-10mins at 185 degrees make sure flip halfway through (don’t forget to use butter paper)
* For sauce, add all the ingredients mentioned above and stir well.
* In a pan on medium heat, add 1/2 tbsp of oil/ butter. Add 1 tbsp - Chopped garlic & grated ginger.
* Pour the sauce in the pan and continuously stir till sauce thickens. Then add the airfry paneer and gently mix everything.
* Sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds, our chilli paneer is ready!
* Use flatbread/roti, place chilli paneer and pickled onions on side, squeeze some lemon juice and drizzle the mayo generously.

There you go, high protein saucy chilli paneer , tangy onions and creamy mayo makes an incredible tacos. Please give it a try!
