  • “I don’t eat to make expensive poop.” I’ll file away that line for the next dinner party.
  • I love these videos when 2 or more of my favorites get together and discuss matters. These 2 are 2 of those favorites. Thanks, guys!
  • I have epilepsy, keto was NEVER recommended by my doctors. It has helped me tremendously. When will Revero help even someone like me who wants nutritional support? Keep going. The world needs this!

Approaching 2 years carnivore, I almost never meet someone as apparently healthy, lean, fit, and happy as I am. I share carnivore with people that are interested but leave it alone with those who aren't. Thanks for the video. Cheers!

Do you live to eat, or do you eat to live? Love the t-shirt. Food is medicine. Ancient wisdom.
  • @A_Dome_Dream
I found it funny you trying to cut the steak with a fork 😂

I’m a registered nurse who is a big advocate for low carb diets. When I eat low carb/keto I feel amazing! My mood is better, and I have more energy. It pains me that our society still considers the standard western diet “healthy”.

Love the casual friendly talk over dinner on the backyard patio. Discussion content 100% truth!!
  • @damnice
I was hoping some day you'd get together with one of the legit carnivore doctors/professors. Prof. Bart Kay, Dr. Anthony Chaffee & Dr. Shawn Baker are truly the experts on this subject of dietary nutrition.

As a former vegan for way too long, I can attest that fiber creates digestive issues on all spectrums. I use to think being bloated and gassy was normal, when it is any but!! 4 years eating animal foods and I have none of those issues amongst, other issues that went away. Yes!! My dog gets raw meat and her poop doesn't stink. It's nice and firm because of the bones. She gets complimented on her shiny fur everyday!! She doesn't have that dog stinky smell when you don't bathe them. I very rarely shampoo her, only when she has rolled in some stinky crap. Her breath doesn't stink either.

I don't eat grains any more and its literally made my entire digestion happier, and I don't miss them, but I can't imagine life without fruit and veg to be honest. However, I find animals and seafood and fruit and veg provide all I need to feel young and energetic past 60. No joint pains no medical issues, nothing wrong with me, blood pressure 110/73 average yesterday.
  • @kath897
I’ve been carnivore for over 2 years. Just this summer I started adding in a little seasonal/local produce.
  • @sar4x474
I sure hope there was another steak placed off to the side for the cameraman.
  • @omnimetric84
Going keto made a dramatic reversal in my health in every important measure. Minimally processed animal products but omnivorous. I keep carbs under 75 and frequently much less. I’m 62 and started in 2020.
  • @swamphawk6227
Hitting up some post vacation carnivore dieting this week.
  • @jessicaj8148
When I first heard of keto about 15 years ago a doctor I knew was using that for her son with pretty severe cerebral palsy.
  • @lalaland2797
One of my problems is that I like to grow okra and cucumbers as a hobby, but then I feel obligated to eat them and make expensive poop
  • @jennifermarlow.
Ha! I was thinking the other day, that I would love to see you and Dr. Baker in conversation ....... good stuff! :)
  • @MadPick
What a great interview! Dr. Baker is one of my YouTube favorites, and I'm a happy carnivore.
