Recipe 1:
2 egg yolks.
Save the egg whites for later.
1/4 cup sugar (60 g).
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, this is optional but gives the whole thing a very nice note.
You can also add vanilla sugar instead.
1 cup milk (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (15 g).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Add the 2 egg whites.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1/2 cup milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
Grate the peel of a lemon.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
2 cups flour (260 g).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
3 apples.
Mix well.
Approximately 25 cm tall mold.
Moisten the baking paper so that it adapts better to the mold.
Now we add the cream in a spiral shape.
It's not quite room temperature yet, but it's cold enough not to burn us.
We put the cake in the preheated oven at 180 C / 356 F for about 45 – 50 minutes.
1 teaspoon powdered sugar for decorating, this is also optional but I love that vintage cake texture that the powdered sugar gives it.

Mix carefully.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/355°F.

Sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
A teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Corn starch 45 g / 1.5 oz.
Milk 600 ml / 20 fl oz.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Dried apricots 120 gr / 4 oz.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Beat until fluffy for 3-4 minutes.

Beat for 6-7 minutes until you reach the consistency I show you in the video.
Laminated Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
Bake for 30 minutes at 160 °C.
2 eggs.
Sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
Corn starch 45 g / 1.5 oz.
1 banana.
Milk 600 ml / 20 fl oz.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
Mascarpone cream cheese 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
