Thank you so much for this! My Grandpa had a stroke Tuesday morning, he is going to hospice today. After going back and forth to the hospital all week (Mama is there now), I needed some peace and quiet. Thank you! As hard as it is, I know the Lord is calling him home. He will see my uncle and everyone else and what a reunion it will be!! 💖 Edit: My grandpa is now home with the Lord. 😢 💖 I want to thank everyone for their love and support, as well as their kind words! It's the melody of birdsong at the crack of dawn, And the serenade of crickets as night lingers on. It's the brush of fingertips on a lover's skin, And the echo of memories that will always stay within. Poetry lies in the silence between words, In the unsaid emotions that are caged like birds.
