A "flat-floor" just means a Smaller Transmission & housing. An ALUMINUM Housing trans-axle ( Bx,B ,& Lx) series-- means "Economy"; not cast iron or cast steel like the "L" series & up have. A "wiggly-jiggly" fender mounted & small volume loader control valve might be a deluxe or premium feature but NOT when its made of "pot-metal" or die-cast aluminum " & hidden. All "Premium" Tractors have amplifying bucket-linkage assembly 's, ( = lots of loader bucket articulation-- ease of dump & LOTS of stabilizing rool-back)--- the Bx's, B's ,Lx's DO NOT have this modern & premium feature just as in common with the "L" series. A "tilt" Stearing wheel , 2 cup holder's, a UBC charging port,& a cheep "hing-less" tool box really Does'ent make a premium tractor; A PREMIUM TRACTOR. Apple's realy can't be compaired to "Oranges". Compfort & convenience sometimes is realy a trade-off for a Real Tractor.

Imo if ya canβt pick up your feet to go over a 4β transmission hump you shouldnβt be using a tractor!

Thank you again, Very informative Jack. One question though, can any of these economy tractors be equipped with a backhoe attachment?

The 3902 has r14 rear and r4 front tires?? The front tire looks wide, curious to hear more about the tires sizes and r14/r4 mix
