Whoever their social media manager is deserves a raise. Pretty genius releasing full episodes and compliltations of their own IP instead of other creators stealing and uploading it, and they use titles and thumbnails that are funny, creating more engagement, and they upload regularly instead of just dumping their whole catalog.
