Was a valid and deep question. There are those that intend to stack for the next 10, 15, 20, etc, years, but it's impossible to predict. There are 3 factors that will determine precious metals in the future. 1. Availability, in another 20 years of mining, how much natural deposits will be left? Silver is a finite element. 2. Industry and Miliary application. These are the 2 biggest users. As stock and resources run dry, necessity is the mother of invention and there may be a cheaper, more abundant and effective alternative created. 3. World Wide Instability. Evidence shows us that Precious Metals are THE place to safeguard against fiat devaluation in uncertain times. You need to ask yourself whether the worls will be in a worse of better place in 20 or 30 years time.

Well, there is certainly something to say about the millenia of track record gold has to store value .... not likely that would change in such a small time frame as 100 years or so
