"The price of the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N starts at $67,495. " LMAO......entry-level Stingray starts at $69,995 for 2025

Hyundai's "N" division has been doing awesome work in the last few years (You are right, BMW's M director left to go to work for Hyundai's N division). I personally own a 2023 Hyundai i30N Premium here in Australia but damn man, these Ionic 5 N's are like 115-120K AUD down here. No matter how fun it is, that price kills the enjoyment factor of it. I paid like 60K AUD for my i30N and the fun factor is still all there.

When these first came out I thought they were the size of the VW Golf’s but I was wrong. My local Hyundai dealer says it’s considered an SUV. But boy, It’s a retro looker.
-
I love the orange color. Wichita has 500k in population, thought it was way smaller. Cool car.
-
So the former head of the M division will soon announce his transfer to O
-
Oh man, sounds like a JR car review WOO HOOO! Bet ya had some fun, watching now.
-
Buy one used if you have to have one it will be worth about 40% of sticker the moment it leaves the lot.
-
N division eh? Is that like HP's N class servers? Oh wait, that's old school like the sounds from this quiet electric ride. HAHA.
-
This car is awesome the price however is pretty steep!
-
At that price, I can’t see them selling too many of them.
-
Evs are the future this is the poster child of why
-
Around town they are great and honestly that’s all I drive right now due to elder care commitments, that being said I still cannot get behind the whole electrified scene. I have just heard too many horror stories about charging, and in my area chargers are few and far between.
-
Ohhhh the Boys are going love that thing… I bet they can’t wait to get ahold of it.

Needs a ATOTO radio upgrade

My neighbor has an Ioniq 5 loaded with luxury features but only RWD. I have to say it is the quietest car I've ridden in on the highway and the seats are a soft leather that reminds me more of older American luxo-barges, or perhaps a living room sofa. It drives great. Acceleration isn't crazy fast being a single motor model, but it is more than respectable. I can imagine it's a lot of fun with more than double the power.
-
That thing will be an absolute nightmare when it's 10 years old and has 100k miles on it. Imagine all the electrical problems this thing is bound to have. Holy hell.
-
Love the Scotty Kilmer intro! Lol

Wel if I were to get an EV, this would be the one. But I’m not ready, neither are the batteries. EV’s have amazing power, tech and comfort but range and recharge time still lacking for the type of long distance driving I do. Not a lot of charge stations as well. But all the N series cars look good, sporty etc. N division knows what it’s doing. Just because I’m not an EV fan yet, I still enjoyed this video.

John Lumbert has so much money

It has a lot of neat features, but the fake engine sounds and shifting are really cheesy, and something I would expect to see on a low end car, not on a car that is almost $70,000. I do like the color and the seats look really nice. I know you mentioned that the Bose system is really good, so I'm guessing that they did some improvements because the Bose systems in the GM cars suck. Much the same as the Alpine that isn't really Alpine in the RAM pickups. I started using Alpine back in the early 80's, and they made some great car audio components. I would think that they would be embarrassed to have their name associated with the speakers in the RAM pickups, but I'm sure they got paid a pile of money to do it. They were smart though, because they don't put their name on the speakers themselves, just on the covers LOL.
