For this jerk seasoning you'll need...

6 scallions
10-14 sprigs thyme
2 scotch bonnet peppers
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Pimento (allspice) powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 lime
1 lemon
4-5 thick slices of ginger
8 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 medium onions

    This recipe is my favorite🤌🏻! Alright…. 30 years ago my dad got a jerk marinade recipe from a lady he worked with. It was my favorite. He died about 10 years ago and I never got the recipe. I knew it had orange juice in it so that how I searched and found this video. I made this/your recipe a few months ago and would bet money it was 98% identical. Well, I found his password for his email account this morning and found his recipe in an email to my cousin and the only difference was he used rice wine vinegar and red wine vinegar both more and he used habanero instead of scotch bonnet and added cayanne if it wasn’t hot enough. Just so happy to have found this video. 👊🏻👊🏻
