    Summary of the video:- For the marination 2tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste 1 tsp Salt Kali mirch Vinegar Mix and then add 1 egg, 3 tbsp Cornstarch, 2tbsp Maida and Oil. Keep it for marination for about 45 mins After 45 mins fry the chicken pieces. Gravy :- Sauce 1 cup water 1 tsp Vinegar Soya sauce Chilli sauce Tomato ketchup Veggies : Onion Chilli Capsicum Ginger Garlic Green onions Fry them on high flame Then add the sauce you made. Leave the mixture for boil. Once it start to boil, stir it and add salt, sugar, 3/4 tsp black pepper. Now add the chicken pieces and you are done!! Thank me later! ❤

    His Recipe: For 400gm chicken A)Marination after washing chicken -Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp salt -Black pepper -Vinegar -1 egg -3:2 Table Spoon; Cornstarch:Maida -Oil (MIX and leave for 0.5-1 hour) B)Capsicum Green chillies Onion Garlic Ginger Spring onion -Finely chop garlic and ginger -Separate onion in layers -Cut chillies into large pieces -Cut capsicum into triangles -Chop spring onion (separate green and white parts) C)Sauce -Water (room temp) -Add vinegar to water -2tbsp soya sauce -2tsp chilli sauce -2tsp tomato ketchup -1tbsp corn starch -Medium flame oil -Single fry for 3-4 mins Main cooking: -Spread oil on the kadhai -Put white part of spring onion -Put chopped g&g -Put onion, capsicum and chillies and toss -Put the sauce and let it boil -1tsp salt and sugar each -3/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder -Put chicken -Put the green part of spring onion -Put some sesame seeds (Cook in high flame)

    Authentic recipe hai but spicy kaafi kam hai. North indians ke liye : use 6 tbsp of chilli sauce instead or u can add at end and adjust plus ajinomoto also contributes to taste. Rest was miraculously homemade.
