So according to the post he has to have that charge move dragon ascent. That's a flying move (despite its name), so if you have to teach him that in order to mega evolve him, then you'll likely be overriding an existing charge move. That means if you want him to have a dragon type charge move in addition to dragon ascent, you'll have to spend 100k dust and 100 candy to double move him. Hoping some of the content creators mention this.

Nick didnt mention it, and it doesnt make sense, but Dragon Ascent is a FLYING type move, not a DRAGON type. Yeah, it doesnt make sense but 🤷

In the main pokemon games, Dragon Ascent is a 5 PowerPoint, flying type move that is 100% accurate and deals 120 damage.

Dragon Ascent will probably have the same effect as Close Combat: 100 Power + Defense drop.

This is very exciting. I hope when Rayquaza evolves there is a line text that says “ it is (insert trainer name here) fervent wish that Rayquaza mega evolves”

The Mega they actually just activated in game is Tyranitar. All it needs is the raid itself now.
