Mitra Rocket is the tractor-mounted sprayer in the Airblast sprayer category for pomegranate crop. It has a multipurpose application like spraying and thinning. It is a tractor operated sprayer. This sprayer is specially designed to use for the Pomegranate crop. This Air assisted sprayer comes with a rear air conveyor which provides perfect Air balancing with the highest air output and low power consumption. An air conveyor system has made with stainless steel material which consists of shell, fins, backplate, bottom baffle, inlet vanes, and deflectors. The function of inlet vanes is to balance the air during the suction and air recovery plates thus utilizing the extra air for high coverage.

This Tractor mounted sprayer is provided with a compact tank having 200lit tank capacity; this is also useful for the farm, where turning radius is a constraint. This machine is equipped with a tank having a rear side water level indicator for showing the water level and also having an agitation system, which helps to maintain the constant chemical concentration during spraying on the field. The basket mixture is provided for mixing the dry powders to prepare the spraying water solution. This tractor mounted sprayer has equipped with a high-pressure jet inside the main tank for uniform chemical mixing thus provide equal chemical concentration throughout spraying and basket mixture for preparing the chemical. This sprayer is also provided with the lowest turning radius for ease of turning in the low spacing vineyards. Its directly mounted over the tractor with the help of specially designed mounting plates.

The most important benefits of this tractor operated sprayer are, it’s equipped with the manual operated controller, which gives the accurate delivery of chemical while spraying. The spraying solution is filtered with suction filter (Primary) and brass line filter (Secondary) and finally passing through the high-quality brass nozzles
