Nonograms v1.4

Decided to go Monochrome Extreme style this time --- only black and white. Not including the thumbnail sprite and script, I unintentionally made the project one* sprite.

* at least everything is one sprite except for the numbers explaining the nonogram and the stats page, which I did with CTG 2.2, because it would be a nightmare to not hardcode it.

v1.4 Feb 05, 2023 - hotfix 4: changed the hint code for level 9 to be correct, swapped "3 3 3" to "9"
