16 Sep 2013 - Rear Cargo Container now can go off screen and also be reattached to lorry by careful realignment.
16 Sep 2013 - Rough road detection added so that you slow down on grass (using pre-calculated color detection matrix)
16 Sep 2013 - Faster travel - If you can travel on a nice straight road then you can pick up quite some speed :)
