Milo - A new OC

I included Alec because I thought that he has had a big impact on Milo, and they spend more time together than they did with their parents.

I had to use Microsoft paint to draw these because my computer stopped working, and I had to use a different laptop, in which i cannot download anything. Since Microsoft paint is the only thing that is included with the laptop, I used that. (it was also the only thing my drawing tablet worked with.)
