How to: Simple Preloader

If you aren't a flash animator, and if you are a flash animator, but already know how to make a preloader, there is no need for you to watch this. But if you arent any of the above, then please watch and try it out, whilst you read, because this tutorial is very user friendly with pictures and stuff.
