Can I Save Trees Growing in the Gutter?

I recently found 50+ trees growing in the gutter of a street in my neighbourhood. In this video, I'll be taking those trees and moving them into a variety of different situations to see if we can keep the trees alive, and what growing methods the trees thrive in.

I'll be leaving trees in the gutter, transplanting trees in the park, growing trees in pots, and even putting some trees into Kratky hydroponic systems. This video documents that process and then follows along with the plants to monitor their progress and growth.

My interest in trees has peaked recently after reading Finding the Mother Trees by Suzanne Simard. I hope to begin growing trees myself and documenting that journey here on the channel, in addition to our other gardening, cannabis, and hydroponic endeavors!
