infamous videos of Russia destroying
food. Most of these come from 2014,
when the West introduced sanctions
on Russia after Crimea.
In response, Russia introduced
so-called counter-sanctions
and banned import of Western
food in Russia.
And the destruction of perfectly fine food was also performed 'to show the West' that Russia doesn't need Europe to survive.
It's really dumb, but Russia
