A search party sent to find sailors lost in a nuclear test site. After they are discovered they tell how they were saved by local inhabitants on a island thought uninhabited.
A party is sent to the island, and a hidden jungle is found. After one of the party is saved by the natives tiny twin princess, they agree to leave in peace. However, one of the sponcers of the trip returns to capture them, and go's on a touring trip to profit on their small size.
On the island, the surviving natives call apond their God mothra to save the shobijin. And with the mental link she has with them, nothing will stop her from finding them.
