Kulfi:
2 L milk
¼ tsp saffron
½ c sugar
½ tsp cardamom
2 Tbsp cashews, almonds, pistachios

Mawa:
1 c cream
½ c milk
1 c milk powder

Cheesecake:
2 lbs Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
4 oz Cream
4 Eggs
