I have been teaching yoga in South Africa since 2006. My main focus is on teaching people to breath as they move to get you into a place of moving meditation. Focusing on your breath is the most important part of your yoga practice. Everything else follows. I love particular alignment cues as a means to keeping us mobile and our joints healthy.
