About Signing with the Byrds
We have started a local Deaf and HoH community outreach called the VL Taylor Byrd DHH Community Outreach in North Texas. We provide advocacy, host Deaf Nights Out, and community & church outreach. One goal is to provide a Deaf-focused association for events and social gatherings. Another goal is to partner and train the business community in the importance of providing communication access for our local Deaf people. We're new and hope to become a full non-profit this year or next year.
