Hi I'm Alice, and this is Teddy!
I was diagnosed with both Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at the age of 24. After this, I made it my goal to learn all I could about neurodiversity, which is exactly what I did, and I'm here today to share that information with you, and to share what life looks like when you have cognitive differences. I hope this channel can help you, whether you yourself have ADHD or ASD and want to know about day to day solutions, you have a friend or family member who experiences one of these conditions, or are just curious and want to know more about life from a neurodiverse perspective (yay for you, by the way!)
