I’m a 64 year old, British, born-again Christian and for the last four years… a Vegan! (I know ... there’s very little hope for me!)

I had a couple of strokes eight years ago and was put on Statins. Hearing about all the negative side effects, I wanted a ‘natural’ alternative. I saw “The Gamechangers” which set me on a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet.
There is no need to slaughter billions every year! For 60yrs the food that I'd been eating had, literally, screamed for it's life! That realisation made me sick. If you have any compassion at all Vegan is the only way.
Please think about your food choices and the impact they have on your health, the environment, the climate and (of course) the gentle sentient creatures that are being slaughtered!
