I think it must be really tough for you right now. You can get to really low points in life when it's hard to keep going. I don't know how to cheer you on, but I think you've been really strong to have made it this far. I really do think it will get better for you, though it might take some time and patience.

"It's hard to contextualize happiness when things aren't well, even though we might have experienced happiness before; so I think it's very important to remember that even though we aren't feeling ok right now, we might be able to at other times." For that reason, I hope that you'll have faith. I have faith that you can do it.

If you think there's someone trustworthy or reliable around you and if you haven't done it already, I hope you can please try to talk to them about your situation, even if they might not be that close. Sometimes people might be able to help you.
