ボクシングは、人生における困難に打勝つ精神を作ってくれるすばらしいスポーツです。また、思いのほか深く、複雑なスポーツです。私はスマートで、ディフェンシブなボクシングが好きで、このようなボクシングを教えたいと思っています。

私がボクシングを始めのは10歳の時で、よいコーチから学ぶ機会がありましたが、残念ながら出会ったころ私は20代後半で、十分学んだ時には引退するころでした。私の学んだ知識を、若いボクサーたちとシェアできることが今の喜びです。

In this channel, I'm talking about boxing techniques and ideas that I think it's effective and good for boxing learners and fans.

Boxing is a great sport that builds the character of the person and teaches how to over come difficult things in life. And I think boxing is much deeper and complicated sport than people might think. Personally I prefer smart and defensive boxing. This is what I'm trying to teach.

I started boxing when I was 10 years old. I had chances to learn from good coaches. Unfortunately, when I met these coaches, I was in my late twenties. By the time I had learned enough, it was time to retire. My happiness is to share my knowledge with young boxers. I hope you can find these videos helpful.
