Following in the footsteps of my grandmother's and having a passion for nature, natural wellness and healing. I have enjoyed a 24 year practice in Holistic Health. I am trained as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist, Reiki Master & Energy Healing and I am a Qualified Psychic.

In my practice today, I work with people to create balance and wellness. I find real joy in helping people create fulfilling and purposeful lives.

I offer Clinical Aromatherapy Consultations and do individualized blending of essential oils.

I provide Intuitive Readings and. Spirit guided life coaching & Dream Interpretation.

As an energy worker, I offer Reiki sessions, utilize tuning fork frequency, healing sound bowls & essential oils. I tune in & read your body's Qi and passalong any messages from spirit.

I teach classes on many wellness & metaphysical topics. Classes will be given here going forward.
