This channel focuses on my recovery from being depressed, lonely, feeling a failure to myself and at my lowest point suicidal. All this was exacerbated at the by an alcohol addiction. I look at the effects it's had on me and my body as I nurture the relationship I have with myself and others.

I was admitted to hospital 3 times in 2014 due to excessive Alcohol abuse that led to acute pancreatitis. This has been building up over the 18 years of my drinking life, that lead me, aged 36 into Rehab and recovery.
